This seminar will have attorney/investigator* teams conduct an actual field investigation and prepare those results for trial. A special session for investigators will focus on preparing for testimony while attorneys will cover direct examination technique. Finally, attorneys will prep their investigator to testify practice the direct examination in a workshop setting both with and without exhibits.
